Alexis Hicks is a native Prince Georgian who graduated from one of the most prestigious culinary institutions in the world, Le Cordon Bleu. She graduated at the top of her class- Summa Cum Lade. Alexis has worked with some top chefs in Las Vegas, Atlanta, and Orlando. In addition, Alexis has been a sous chef for multiple well-versed Chefs in the industry. Alexis is a veteran culinary competitor featured in competitions on the Food Network and the Travel Channel. These competitions include World Food Championships (WFC) from 2014 to 2018 and the Atlanta Burger Wars (ABW). She has placed top 10 in the World Food Championships yearly, taking home the title. “First Individual Winner” of the ABW, advancing in yet another year of the WFC!
Ms. Hicks currently owns a traveling catering service, Zero Manipulation (ZM). The company recently celebrated five years in business in 2021. The company samples flavors from around the world in its dishes, which honors Alexis’ most significant vision, exposing her community to different flavors in the most approachable way for palatal expansion! ZM hosts quarterly tasting parties, which sample foods and cocktails from specific countries. In addition, ZM offers private dining experiences at home and on location, nutritional meal prep, catering for 2-100 guests, and virtual baking classes for children ages 8-15 years old.
Alexis is also a social media pioneer and socialite! She is a full-time content creator for TikTok and YouTube. Lastly, Alexis posts instructional videos on creating some of her most popular dishes. In addition, she enjoys taking random client requests where she transforms items left in the pantry into delicious meals.
